Not oily, not mushy, perfectly baked croissants (and even this brioche donut). They had a char siu croissant we tried, likely inspired by LNY, and the char siu and pickled scallions balanced each other out with the crispy, crunchy, flaky sesame seeded croissant. We equally enjoyed their rosemary ham, chocolate, and plain croissants. My banana brioche donut was fluffy and lightly sweet (filling-wise) and not overly. Twisted got me twisted! Thank you!

Pastries were about $7-7.50 each. We came in on a Sunday afternoon for a lil treat, and unfortunately there weren't a ton of options, but I think that's fair! Must mean they're busy! Was able to try one of their croissants which was satisfyingly crunchy, yet moist. There was a little hint of salt, which I welcomed. All in all, I'd come again! The place itself is pretty tiny, so I wouldn't plan to hang very long.

Didn't go here in person but my friends got me some croissants from here and they were amazing. One is a rose cream one, and the other was plain butter. Just goodness, flakiness in the right places, and enough flavor. This is as good as croissants you get in Paris. Would definitely need to come back and in person

Their croissants are truly a work of art gorgeous to look at and absolutely delicious. Every item is so tempting, I wanted to buy them all! During my three-day trip to Portland, I couldn't resist going back for their bread two days in a row. I even visited two different locations to stock up and brought some back to Los Angeles to share with my colleagues. Everyone loved it, especially the seasonal pumpkin croissant an absolute standout. Highly recommended!

Yooooo this place got you Twisted like Keith Sweat Talk bout croissants this way and that a ways. So many variations of this treat there's something for all y'all sweet and savory tooth's. Will def find a good excuse to come back and try all the diff types. This locale is smaller than the one in Sellwood as far as seating for chillaxing goes but it's where all these pastries are made so you best believe upon entering you are enveloped in a buttery scented hug. Staff is just as sweet as the offerings.

This bakery was a great find while we were visiting Portland. My husband and I shared a Raspberry Rose Cruffin and a Blueberry & Maple Cruff Puff. I loved both of the desserts. The cruff puff reminded me of a blueberry monkey bread. I loved how soft it was. The cruffin was moist and delicious. I loved their unique variety of pastries and would definitely come back next time I'm in town.
